Delegates removed from an event for violating the applicable code of conduct will not be entitled to a refund or voucher, subject to applicable law.

All delegates are expected to comply with the event’s rules, instructions, and professional conduct requirements.

All delegates are required to read, understand, and comply with the applicable policies, rules, regulations, guidelines, and instructions issued by United Diplomats and, where applicable, its parent organisation, Global Peace Chain (GPC).

These requirements apply throughout the application, selection, registration, preparation, participation, and post-event processes.

By submitting an application, completing registration, or making a payment, delegates acknowledge their responsibility to comply with the applicable organisational policies and event requirements.

Failure to comply may result in appropriate action in accordance with the relevant policies, including cancellation of registration or removal from an event where applicable. Any resulting refund or voucher eligibility will be determined in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

United Diplomats reserves the right to use photographs, videos, recordings, testimonials, and other promotional materials featuring delegates or created in connection with its programmes and events for organisational, promotional, educational, reporting, and marketing purposes.

Such materials may be published or distributed through the organisation’s official website, social media platforms, publications, presentations, advertisements, and other communication channels.

Where required by applicable law, the organisation will obtain appropriate consent or other lawful authorisation before using identifiable images, recordings, or personal information.

Delegates are expected to follow the applicable photography, recording, and media guidelines communicated by the organisation during its events.

All cancellation, refund, transfer, and voucher requests are subject to verification and approval in accordance with this policy.

United Diplomats reserves the right to review and amend this policy when necessary, subject to applicable law and any binding commitments made to delegates.

Any exceptions to this policy must be confirmed in writing by United Diplomats.

By completing registration or making a payment, delegates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms and conditions.
